Let’s Get to Work
-W.M. Note

I am both delighted to serve, and looking forward to an exciting year, as Worshipful Master of John. E. Mair Lodge No. 729.

Right away I have two very important favors to ask:

Firstly, we are blessed with many candidates proceeding through their Degrees right now. As much as you are able, please assist them in their Masonic journey. Attend our Degree nights. Make a point of introducing yourselves. Make them feel welcome. Learn about them and share what makes Freemasonry special to you. For me, getting to know our Brothers has been the most special part of becoming a Mason. You likely feel the same.

Secondly, after reading this notice, I would like you to visit Google. Search for our Lodge. In the right-hand column click the button to ‘write a review’. Give our Lodge 5-stars and leave a comment about why Freemasonry is important. Then go to Facebook. Again, search for our Lodge. Like and follow us if you don’t already. Then click ‘reviews’ and repeat.

The only cost is a few minutes of your time, but I promise you this small investment will pay dividends for our future. Indirectly these simple actions assist the good works of our Lodge, and Freemasonry in general, by helping us stand out in a very positive way to Brethren who are increasingly inquiring online. Want to know how? Ask me in Lodge.  ; )

Fraternally,
James E.
Worshipful Master
